Our national office is located in Canberra and we have State and Territory offices in Adelaide, Brisbane, Darwin, Hobart, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. The Ombudsman and Deputy Ombudsman are based in Canberra along with six Senior Assistant Ombudsman, who manage the specialist complaint handling teams.  |
The Commonwealth Ombudsman’s services are available to anyone who has a complaint about an Australian Government agency which they have been unable to resolve. | |
