Outreach activities
We are committed to ensuring that all Australians are aware of the services and assistance available from the Commonwealth Ombudsman. The office periodically conducts public information sessions in metropolitan, regional and rural centres.
The Outreach Manager can arrange information sessions on the work of the Ombudsman and can provide speakers from our national or state offices to address seminars and other functions. If you would like the Ombudsman or a member of staff to speak at your event, please complete the Request for guest speaker form available on our Contact us page.
We can also provide publications, posters and other information about the Ombudsman to organisations and individuals on request.
We want to know if the information we provide is clear, appropriate and effective. We therefore welcome feedback on our information material and on any aspect of the Ombudsman's operations.
